1. Jaipur


  

Jaipur also known as the Pink City, is the capital of Rajasthan in Northern India. It is the 10th most populous city in India and also one of the top visited tourist places near Delhi. Along with Delhi and Agra, Jaipur forms the Golden Triangle of Indian tourism. It is one of the popular places to visit in India and one among the renowned tourist places in Rajasthan.

2. Udaipur



Udaipur is a historical city and also the administrative headquarters of the Udaipur district in the Indian State of Rajasthan. Udaipur is among the top tourist places in Rajasthan and is one of the top attractions you must include in honeymoon tour packages.
Located at the base of the Aravali mountain range, Udaipur is also referred to as the 'Venice of the East' and the 'City of Lakes'

3. Jodhpur

5. Kumbalgarh


Kumbhalgarh, also known as Kumbhalmer, is a historical fortress located in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan. It is a World Heritage Site included in Hill Forts of Rajasthan and also one of the top historical Rajasthan tourist places.
Kumbhalgarh Fort is a Mewar fortress built by Maharana Kumbha in the 15th century AD. It is the second most important fort of Rajasthan after Chittorgarh. The original fort of Kumbhalgarh is believed to have been built by King Samprati, the Mauryan prince. Kumbhalgarh is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the great king and warrior of Mewar. Although Kumbhalgarh was built in the 15th century it was extended during the 19th century.
Kumbhalgarh Fort was designed by Rana Kumbha keeping the defensive aspect of the fort in his mind. Encircled by thirteen elevated mountain peaks.

6. Chittorgarh



  
 Chittorgarh or Chittaurgarh is a historical city and municipality located on the banks of river Gambhiri and Berach in Rajasthan, India. It is the administrative headquarters of Chittorgarh district and a former capital of the Sisodia dynasty of Mewar. It is one of the top Rajasthan tourist places and also among the best places to visit as part of Udaipur Tour.

The history of Chittorgarh holds an important place in Indian history and is brimming with heroic tales of the great Rajput warriors. Also known as Chittor, Chittorgarh was built by Maurya dynasty in the 7th century AD.



7. Bikaner


Bikaner is a vibrant desert town in the middle of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan, India. Bikaner city is the administrative headquarters of Bikaner district and also one of the Rajasthan tourist places.

Formerly the capital of the princely state of Bikaner, the city was founded by Rao Bika in 1486 CE when his father Rao Jodha, the illustrious founder of Jodhpur challenged him to establish his own kingdom.

8. Ajmer


Ajmer is a religious city and also the administrative headquarters of Ajmer district. It is one of the popular places of pilgrimage in India and also one of the top attractions you must include in Rajasthan tour packages.
The city of Ajmer gets its name from 'Ajay Meru' which means invincible hills. Nestled in the Aravalli hills, Ajmer was founded by Raja Ajaypal Chauhan in the 7th century AD. It was a stronghold of the Chauhan Rajputs till the 12th century when Prithviraj Chauhan lost Ajmer to Mohammad Ghori in 1193 CE. Later, Akbar annexed it as part of the Mughal Empire in 1556 AD.
